Pros (+) The Staff was as helpful as they could be
Cons (-) The elevator to the parking was broken, the A/C was out in the room (they did offer to move to another room, but it was late, and the parking validation didn't work requiring an additional trip to the lobby.

Cons (-) Advertised as an airport hotel , but it is not near the airport. It added extra time to make our morning flight. Also, they charged for the shuttle to the airport.

Pros (+) Staff was friendly and very helpful, the facility was like new and modern.
Pros (+) We stayed here when we landed in Dublin and right before we left. We found the staff to be very helpful and the rooms were definitely big enough for four people. One of the bigger rooms we stayed in while in Ireland. Definitely a great place to stay when coming in and out of Dublin.
