Pros (+) The staff, the service, the quality was all excellent!! It was more than expected. The pool and gym was also amazing services. I would definitely stay there again and if our children are with us we would have utilized the complimentary wadi water park and private beach tickets.
Cons (-) The food packages in the hotel were a little too expensive, but there were too many other food options around town to worry about the hotel restaurants.
Pros (+) Loved the perks with complimentary access to Wild Wadi Waterpark and Zero Gravity beach club.

Pros (+) The staff was excellent wich is key to great lodging experiences. When we coupled that with the beauty and quality of the facilities, we were just blown away. I have been in the gaming, hospitality, and entertainment business for 31 years, and this is by far my best experience.
