front desk lady didn't make me feel welcome
The hotel looks and feels great
The Front Desk lady was not welcoming, she kept asking for the people that was staying in the room's ID, even after I paid for the room she didn't want to give me the WiFi pass word until I gave her the ID of people staying in the room. Also she wanted me to pay 11€ for parking when I parked outside by the door w/o a problem and no charge. Everytime I saw her she will remind me of the ID. I work in a 5 star hotel as a manager and the way she treat me wasn't hospitable at all.
