    Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location for exploring old town Basel and shopping. You look out on the Rhine River and a short walk across bridge or free trolley ride puts you in the heart a great stay. Buffet breakfast was awesome

    No shortcomings. Didn't find any faults

    The location of the hotel is perfectly located in the city centre from Basel. The building is nice and has charm being in the Rhein riverside.

    The furniture and the toilet are old, and it would need a room redecoration and restore.
