The staff were appalling, the check in took forever and they kept requesting a "voucher " I tried to explain many times that I booked via kayak mobile app so I don't have a "voucher " the reluctantly / eventually accepted the booking reference number. Their cyber long want won't and once again the front deck were very unhelpful when I was trying to do my airline online check in, this time the staff a front desk were down right rude. Then the bar staff didn't have a word of English and were again rude. Wifi service was practically none existent. The nicest people in this whole hotel was the engineer who arrived at our room to repair the wifi connection. Booked a room with side see view, ended up in a first floor corner room over looking the terrace, I suppose if if stretched out over the balcony using binoculars I might have caught a small glimpse of the sea. Having been staying up the road in the sofitel , I can confirm that the Royal Atlas is far from being a five star. More like a three star.
